Videography: Produce high-quality Reels video content that aligns with our brand's vision. Capture compelling footage for the same
Editing: Edit and enhance video content to create engaging, visually appealing, and emotionally resonant videos. This includes color correction, audio editing, adding effects, and ensuring content adheres to our brand's style.
Storyboarding: Collaborate with the creative team to plan and develop video concepts and storyboards that convey our brand's message effectively.
Equipment Management: Maintain and operate video equipment such as lighting, and audio equipment. Ensure that all equipment is in working order and ready for use.
Content Planning: Work with the content team to brainstorm, plan, and schedule video content that is in line with our brand's content calendar and strategy.
Stay Current: Keep up with the latest industry trends and video production techniques to continuously improve the quality of our content.

Being capable of working independently
A problem-solving attitude and creativity with solutions.
Thinking out of the box and being on your toes (fingers in your case)
An eye for detail and eagerness to produce work that can be remembered.
Advanced photography, video-recording, editing and reel making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
Being present at the weekly farmer's markets or other events that the company participates in or organises.
