You know the current trends on Instagram Reels. Your conversations revolve around what to post next. You are quick with your fingers. You like expressing serious stuff with creativity. You believe in a plan but execute apart from it as well. If that’s your holy space, you are the Instagram Monk we would love to welcome aboard !
Your tasks will be…
- Supporting strategic planning of the social media strategy
- Drafting content plans based on in sync with the marketing plan and organisational goals
- Creation and execution of monthly and campaign content calendars
- Recording, creating and editing reels, videos and still graphics
- Coordinating with the content writer for the written content that needs to be published.
- Posting content on various social media platforms of the brand.
- Following social trends, novelties, sharing news. That’s what you like doing anyway, right?
- Preparing monthly reports: measurement monitoring, analysis of incoming data, iteration advice, lessons / conclusions / suggestions / anything that ends with “ons”.
What do we expect:
- Being capable of working independently
- A problem-solving attitude and creativity with solutions.
- Thinking out of the box and being on your toes (fingers in your case)
- An eye for detail and eagerness to produce work that can be remembered.
- Basic photography, video-recording, editing and reel making skills
- Being in sync with the current social media trends and executing the same in time.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Being present at the weekly farmer's markets or other events that the company participates in or organises.
