This recipe of immunity boosting Chyavanprash has been my grandmother’s secret for good immunity, especially during the winters.
Inspired by the original recipe of Chyavanprash mentioned in ancient texts like the Charaka Samhita, this is an age-old remedy to boost immunity and slow down the ageing process.

Ingredients: Amla, Natural Jaggery, A2 ghee, Black Cardamom, Green Cardamom, Nutmeg, Bay Leaf, Long Pepper, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Cloves, Ashwagandha, Shatavari, Brahmi, Saffron.
How to Use: For Kids (3 to 12 years) - ½ tsp first thing in the morning or at bedtime along with a glass of warm milk.
For adults -1 to 2 tsp first thing in the morning or at bedtime along with a glass of warm milk.
